On Sunday, February 11, 2024, Serbian Orthodox Church "Holy Trinity" in Rotterdam, a liturgy and ceremony were traditionally held in honor of the Statehood Day of the Republic of Serbia and the Day of the Republika Srpska, which was attended by Ambassador K. Milenković and Counsellor B. Grbić.

After the solemn liturgy and the cutting of the cake, the assembled members of the Serbian community were addressed by ambassador K. Milenković, as well as this year's special guest Ms Željka Cvijanović, Serbian member of the Bosnian and Herzegowian Presidency.

The ceremony was accompanied by appropriate songs performed by children from the Serbian Church School and concluded with a celebratory lunch prepared by members of the Serbian community in Rotterdam.

By marking the Statehood Day of the Republic of Serbia and the Day of the Republic of Srpska, the Serbian Orthodox Church has shown for the umpteenth time how much it contributes to better cooperation, preserving and strengthening the ties of the motherland with the Serbian community in the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
