BOOK OF CONDOLENCE OPENING ON THE OCCASION OF A TRAGIC EVENT IN THE CITY OF NOVI SAD

 

It is with great sorrow and sadness to inform that a Book of Condolences will be opened at the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in The Hague on November 4 and 5 from 11:00 to 16:00 hours following the tragedy that occurred at the Railway station in Novi Sad on November 1, 2024, whereby fourteen citizens lost their lives. The Embassy expresses its deepest condolences to the families of the victims and wishes a fast recovery to all injured.


MEMORIAL TO THE DECEASED SERBIAN SOLDIERS IN THE FIRST WORLD WAR IN GARDEREN

On Saturday, October 5, 2024, the traditional annual Commemorative memorial service for Serbian soldiers who died in the Kingdom of the Netherlands during the First World War was held. A Commemorative gathering was held at the Monument located in the local Cemetery in Garderen, Barneveld Municipality.

EMBASSY FESTIVAL

Embassy of Republic of Serbia participated on September 7, 2024, at the Embassy Festival, which is held every year in the Center of The Hague and which gathers more than 50 thousand visitors. At our pagoda, we presented traditional Serbian products, specialties, as well as the tourist potential of Serbia, in cooperation with the Serbian Youth Friendship Association and the Kolo srpskih sestara  from Rotterdam. As part of the cultural program, Folklore group "Tamo daleko" from Rotterdam performed on the main stage and performed folk dances from Pasjan (Kosovo and Metohija). The Embassy’s Pagoda attracted many Festival visitors.
