On Saturday, March 16, 2024, in the hall of the Parish house of the Serbian Orthodox Church "Holy Trinity" in Rotterdam, the documentary-feature film "33 Angels" was shown, by the author and director of the film Branko Dimović Dimeski, directed by Goran Vukčević.
The film "33 Angels" is a poignant documentary about the suffering of more than two hundred minor Serbian children (239 to be exact) during the II World War in Norway, of which more than 44 were killed. The youngest among them was only 11 years old.
According to the producer and author of the film Mr. B. Dimović Dimeski, as well as the co-screenwriter and publicist Ms Milka Kajganić, thanks to the extensive research work, the truth came out after 80 years. The film won an award in a strong competition at the Stockholm International Documentary Film Festival.
The screening of the film was attended by the First Counsellor Mr. D. Vukić and Counsellor Mr. B. Grbić, as well as numerous members of the Serbian community and priests of the Serbian Orthodox Church.
